How the market is changing:

"Clean" coders are losing value: The ability to simply write syntactically correct code is no longer a competitive advantage.

The growth of Full-Cycle engineers: Developers are increasingly required to understand the entire cycle, from architecture and security to deployment, as AI takes over the routine.

Teacher shortage: Due to the reduction in hiring junior developers, the industry may face a shortage of senior developers in 3-5 years (no one to promote).
