The End of the Era of

The End of the Era of "Pure" Coders?

And my conclusions, more or less, coincide with the opinion of colleagues from there :)

How the market is changing:

  • "Clean" coders are losing value: The ability to simply write syntactically correct code is no longer a competitive advantage.

  • The growth of Full-Cycle engineers: Developers are increasingly required to understand the entire cycle, from architecture and security to deployment, as AI takes over the routine.

  • Teacher shortage: Due to the reduction in hiring junior developers, the industry may face a shortage of senior developers in 3-5 years (no one to promote).
